hey great video! my forefoot is injured and it would be best to have an insole that can provide cushioning and absorb impact so that my foot doesn’t take as much of the impact. any reccs??

My legs and feet always hurt from walking back and forth to work it takes an hour there and an hour back but I don't know what kind of insoles to get for walking long distances

I love footprint insoles and I keep a pair in my skate shoes coz I like gap skating and rails ❤ but id use them if I only skated flat ground

@@steelokey sometimes if they’re thick I take them out but if there is already a thin insole in the shoe I’ll leave it in there and put the fp’s on top of it.

Hii I live in London UK, have 10 hour retail shifts everyday and suffer from Flat feet ( overpronation). Because of this I have pain in my back and ankle. Please suggest an insole for me + Best shoes for me to get stability.
