There's lots and lots of tutorials online- That's how I learned! :D I would say if you're working on it from scratch then learn how to draw the model (make sure to separate each part out so that you can move them individually later), then look up some tutorials on how to rig in live2d! Oh hey I’m so sorry I just saw this!! My last video talks about animation for Vtuber Models- I use Live2D for my rigging (that’s the animation part!) and I use VtubeStudio for the actual face tracking! I would just look up some tutorials on how to rig in Live2D, that’s how I figured everything out!
