Kona and the Rip guy immediately made me think of Selesnya boats. Plus outlaws had some "if tapped, do X" themes in Selenya. Copter? Emmara the token spammer, plenty of decent vehicles now with more still being printed. Play Kona, crew with copter. swing and loot. Main phase 2 put a Boat onto the board for free. Rip? Literally finds more vehicles and boats repeatedly.

I made a combo deck in Pioneer with The Jolly Balloon Man that has weirdly consistent turn 3-4 kills. It makes Combat Celebrant and a mana dork go infinite by making a copy of Combat Celebrant which attacks and exerts which untaps the mana dork and Balloon Man, which allows you to make another Combat Celebrant. 4 Elvish Mystic 4 Sylvan Caryatid 4 Tangled Florahedron (this should probably be a Llanowar Elf but I'm super greedy on the landcount) 4 Jolly Balloon Man 4 Combat Celebrant 4 Fable of the Mirror Breaker (flipped is a backup Jolly Balloon Man) 4 Adventerous Impulse 4 Chord of Calling 4 Finale of Devestation 4 Heroic Intervention And a bunch of multicolored lands and Mana Confluence.

​@TheJankyard-01 oh I'm also running Lair of the Hydra as a backup mana dork. Turning it on for X=1 makes it work the same as a mana dork

Last thing and Ill stop spamming your comments. The token from Fable can also work as a mana producer as long as it gets to attack and not be blocked.​ Or you can make it indestructible with Heroic Intervention to be free to attack with over and over.

If rooms are opened as abilities, mono blue enigma jewel. Hell you don't need to be mono blue. But devotion would be insane with a bunch of blue rooms too tho
