Japanese Ramen need not be bland as they use soya milk as base but in Japan one can ask for chillies, chilly sauce, fresh garlic, eggs both half and fully boiled apart from spicy seasoning powder and chilly oil. Nice video to a new place and one should try. Thanks.

My personal suggestion. Pls don't try their curry ramen as they use curry powder and not our style of curry. As you say go the Japanese way by developing the taste. Thanks for the prompt reply.
