My Assassin notched my thumbnail hard, just because I didn't realize how smooth it would be. Lesson learned!

Glaring omission (though understandable, considering small first run & I guess the small in-line flipper tab): EMP EDC Nymble #GameChanger

Dude those Shaman scales are INSANE. Best scales I’ve seen ever. Where did you get them??

Great list. I know it's old news but I love my Ferrum Forge Falcon, great ergos, great quality and a fidget monster.

I haven’t.

Bought the ti genie, it's a gents bruiser, blade is so well done, barely remember you're carrying it because of size and weight, fidget beast, love it

Definitely one of my grail knives but I love my Olamic whippersnapper!

Totally agree re the Kizer Ge(nie); it’s an excellent knife - looks great and has excellent action. I liked it so much I got both the cf and ti versions. Still a favourite.
@Stahlwerk883 жыл бұрын
Which version do you prefer?
@stiglagerfeld91513 жыл бұрын
@@Stahlwerk88, it’s hard to say. The cf version is lighter, but the ti version has nice milling patterns on the handle. It’s not super heavier than the cf. I guess it’s really personal preferences about the materials involved. And that can change day by day 😄

This is my favorite combo for knife deployment as well. Great list but I would have to include the Kizer Apus. The hole is more like a fuller but it can be easily middle finger flipped with the fingernail with a little practice. The Apus is among my favorite knives. I have the carbon fiber/titanium version.

Got the full ti one. Had bad lock rock. Went away when I forced lock bar over. Ended up trading it. Aside from that. The genie was amazing. And yes. The 129 is actually my fav knife period.

Some awesome choices! I'd say if I had to pick the ts 262 would probably be the one I would get first. Great video brotha 👍

Hey this vid was my suggestion. Neat. Damned Designs currently has an indiegogo campaign up for the XL version of the Oni and Djinn as well as some new blade shapes for the 5th pocket version, all for some pretty good prices. Mojave Outdoor is getting an exclusive Micarta Kizer Genie with a black coated N690 blade. Looks pretty nice. Kizer Genie is in my top 5 for sure. The WingmanEDC Tom Mayo MTNT Mach 1 with layered G10 handles is available on knifecenter currently but i think it's backordered. I really love the Olamic Whippersnapper but I get that it's not in a reasonable price range or availability for most people. Another underrated knife that falls into the same category as the Spyderco Shaman, where it probably isn't designed to front flip but can is the BRS Navajo. Super cool knife with great action by one of my favorite balisong companies. Kizer Apus is very nice as well, though I can't really thumb flick it. The thumb hole is really more of a fuller that I use my finger meat to deploy with. Still a great little knife with fantastic glassy action. Moen Tooling just put out a front flipper with thumb holes and I'm very interested in it but I'm broke at the moment so it's currently in the wish list. Thanks for the great list.

Good list. I own the TS 129 and the TS 262 and love both. Also have the TS 186 and TS 305 which fit the category and that I really like as well. Also own a Wingman MTNT Mach 1 (liner lock w/G10 scales and Elmax steel, also made by Reate and has a SMOOOTH as butter action). The Kizer Genie and the Spyderco Shaman are both on my "really would like to have one of those" list and have been for a while now but keep getting bumped back in line by something else ( as Roseanna Roseannadanna...Gilda Radner...used to say on the original SNL, "it's always something")
