Haven't tried the protro, but Still hoop in the O.G, and it is probably the most complete Kobe I've played in. Give me Kobe 5 cushion and fit with Kobe 8 upper, and Kobe 9 traction. Now that would be elite.

my first pair of Kobes are Kobe 5 PJ Tucker PE. Skeptical at first on how snug they were going up .5 size from 11.5 to 12. After breaking them in, fully equipped (zamst a2 braces, NBA power grip socks, move Gameday Pro Insoles), I work from home, so I walked around the house in em .. Even posted my wife and dogs up a few times ..... I hit the court, after a few games, these junts heated, mold to my feets like a GLUHHVEE cuhz. no soreness or tired feet.

No matter the shoe you say it has the best traction, best cushion, best fit, basically saying shoe is out the park perfect. It just doesn't seem genuine.
