i would recommend you this: no walls, no roof, garage with no walls, 1 finance rep, (4-7) parking lots, cash register, concrete floor, (5-15) 2x2's, sell "small furniture", replace all grass to dirt. it will not see fancy buts its a good beginner store.

First of all, you could have WAYYYYYY more money if you changed all tiles to dirt. Second of all, instead of using walls, USE EDGE PIECES!!! It's way cheaper, and it would give you way more money for expansion in the mid stages of the game, third of all, SELL FURNITURE!!! start with small furniture and then expand from the whole furniture area. For this you would need 13 1X2 plots, and 3 2X2 plots for one set. Of course you can have more but it is expensive. I hope this helps in your journey!

Video games are a easier renewable option than furniture for starter players, When I am saying "beginners", I mean brand new save beginners. I create a new save every video to keep it authentic.

i would like to save money more by just using a small door and the walls that are like 1 foot tall with no roof and selling all the grass into dirt

Change all grass to dirt for some extra cash and if you really want money do the roof make it into dirt and change the walls (except the loading dock) into edge pieces

Where are new videos bro? And also even if furniture costs a lot of money it will give you more than 300 back. You will buy more and more and there you go 100k. I did this strategy but I like that you builded a small store becouse it will give you more customers. Also some mire tips: Replace grass with dirt, delete all walls, maybe roof. When you will sell these you can buy a van.
