Agreed! They’ve been an awesome addition to my training. Great work on these!

This video was so helpful. I bought a used Rogue rack a few months ago and it came with an unbranded lever belt squat attachment. I love the idea of using the belt squat to take some stress off of my back, but I've struggled so much trying to figure out how best to use it. This is by far the best breakdown I've seen and has made a huge difference. Thank you for taking the time to share and for the thorough explanation.

I just put eye bolts in my lever arm. Same kind B.O.S. One at the very end. Drilled a hole and installed to hook belt to. One about middle way of arm to hook chain to hold arm at height to start squat. Similar but mine seams better. Simpler

The hammock strap is a nice idea. 👌🏽

Dude, I’ve found a way to normalize or gain poundage lost with the lever arm system. I’ve informed multiple you tubers, including Coop from garage gym. With your lever arm and all the holes you could use a hook end bolt on the bottom of the lever arm, close to the bottom . Then take a blue or purple band loop one end around the hook , go around the power rack support and reattach the other loop to the hook. This added resistance will keep the weight either equal to or greater than the actual weight. Just make sure you secure the band on the bottom of the rack support or it will ride up and lose tension. I used a small nylon strap with a carabiner. Give it a shot and tell me what you think.

Sounds interesting, but not sure if I'm totally picturing it right. DM me a clip of your setup and I'll see if I can rig up something similar and give it a shot!

Where did you get the horns that screw into each other?

Got the idea from this video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/pqu1q3une5WAqNU Here's where you can buy the weight horns: kzbin.info?event=video_description&redir_token=QUFFLUhqbFJ3QTZDM09vOGpRTTktVjdPczRvZ1M2V09yd3xBQ3Jtc0tuUWw4NUQzSkowbVRhNUdpMmJkeFotSlNCb2dHOVZtaUhMc3FnaTRBcHljY0dLTXIzQTZmM2lNaXhfWklpTXQyLXR1ZERWMWZUWXZjbG1rNS1rMml6aGMzT0J5aUdwQkN4VkVReWtseGhLLU42VUZPcw&q=https%3A%2F%2Fcftperformance.com%2Fstainless-steel-plate-storage-holder-pair%2F&v=9LzwOGzys6w

You should move the weight posts closer to you. You want the weight as close to you as possible
@ravancody7 ай бұрын
Ideally, yes. But that’s as close as I can bring the weight horns to me without the plates getting in the way of my knees/contacting the floor and cutting the ROM.

are those weight horns really $80-90 for just one? This setup requires 2. Do you have any other recommendations for horizontal weight horns? I have a 3x3 1in lever arms from crandall fitness.
@ravancody5 ай бұрын
@@alexanderbohm607 the price was for a pair when I got them, so unless that’s changed you should be good
