Id say that might be a part of it but also the pure fact that she herself is quite an open and friendly person, which attracks the same type of people to come into her streams creating a wholesome community (another example would be rtgame or callmekevins fans they are also very wholesome and friendly)

It's getting better. At least in the Army my buddy says if you do much as mention that kind of thing there's programs that go by cutting off heads until they feel better. It's for sure creating new problems (how do women integrate when men can be accused almost by accident? Why do they punish without the victim asking them to?) But from what he told me in the bases he's been to that issue is mostly gone. It took way, way, way too long.

Probably because they couldn't handle the technical side anymore. I think Motendew used to run production on it for the girls before Vshojo officially happened. Then after Vshojo formed he was busy doing production for all the other stuff the girls where doing (ie the concerts and stuff). Melody recently mentioned she just hired a producer just for herself. So that's why she can do it now.

That was like a year and a half ago. This is the second episode of the relaunched Lewdcast. We were not told exactly why the show went on hiatus in its original format, but there's no lack of likely reasons. Technology-reasons seems to be the most likely scenario.
