Hey there Debra, thank you so much for watching my video and leaving a comment. I actually cooked one last night and had it for dinner. Then I had some for lunch today. Do me a favor, make it with only using gravy master or kitchen bouquet. Rub that all over the meat and then season it. It will put a nice bark on the meat. And do it three minutes aside on each rack and it will be fantastic! Hey listen I would love to have you as a subscriber if you haven’t already subscribed. There’s plenty a room for you on my channel and always feel free to share this video on your Facebook as I’m sure you have some friends that would get a kick out of it and probably like to make it also. I subbed bc you clearly love to cook, your attitude is encouraging for people who aren't sure where to start. I think most people who don't cook or don't want to, would otherwise actually love it, ...had they stuck with it long enough to start tasting the progress of their efforts. All we need is to stock our pantries with the basics, and get in there to play around and get creative. You offer a good, relaxed, enjoyable experience bc you don't overcomplicate the recipe with ingredients that require a special trip to the store, and you don't demand exact amounts-so the instruments and measures don't prevent someone from learning a teaspoon of salt by feel, or how much is too much or too little by taste. Recipes are awesome for days when you've broken your brain for the moment, but everything tastes better when it is personal. Essentially, you're teaching people how to love life by making it about more than merely not being dead. Count me in. I ran out of gravy master, so I made my own. 1/2 cup sugar, 1 cup double strength beef broth, a tablespoon or two of soy sauce. Heat sugar on low in a heavy bottom saucepan until melted, and then brown without burning, which can be done using a candy thermometer, or learn how your grandma knew these things. Add broth and soy sauce, and also expect it to cause a dramatic reaction when it hits the hot sugar. Simmer until reduced by half, seal in a jar or bottle, and you choose if it goes in the fridge or cupboard. Thanks for broiling with me, cheers!

Hey there O’ Danny Boy, thank you so much for watching my video and leaving such a nice comment. I make this London broil quite a bit, before this recipe not so much. I would recommend not to marinade it, just use kitchen master or kitchen bouquet, for a little bit on the meat and rub it in to the meat all over the meat. Then season your meat however you want to. Let your oven get nice and hot. Now lotta ovens you have to keep the door cracked, but some of the newer ovens they don’t have that old feature anymore. You can actually keep the door closed. I still keep the door shut because that’s how I cooked my first one and everyone since then. Hey listen I’d love to have you as a Subscriber if you haven’t already subscribed. Hey there Rosie, thank you so much for watching my video and leaving such nice comments. I really appreciate that. When you do make this recipe, skip the marinade and just use the gravy master or kitchen boutique. Season it and cook it the way I show you on the video. Newb reminder here. I made this today, except I made my own browning sauce. It turned out pretty good, but, my piece of meat was thinner and smaller, and I ended up up near well done, instead of medium rare, which I would have preferred. IOW, don't blindly go by the time -- check on your meat at about 2m in. If you think it is done, pull it out and check. If the piece is smaller, maybe go for 2:30 for the bottom and middle level, and then check at 2:00, or maybe sooner, on the top level. I really like the leveling up method -- nice new trick I learned today. It was still good. I cut my bigger piece in half for dinner, and ended up polishing both halves off. Also, I basted some marinade on before the mid-level heating. I think it ended up leaving a crispier edge on the end of the meat, but not so much in the center of the meat.

Hey wellness path, thank you so much for watching my video and leaving a comment. I think you had some pretty good ideas. And yes I’ve had that happen to me also where I have cooked a thinner piece of meat and it came out medium to medium well. Do you want to start out with at least 1 inch thick or more. @@TDMayday Subscribed! I'm very interested in God stuff, but so many are locked into a paradigm and can't get out. Read Daniel 2:43-44. Iron will be mixed with the seed of men, and in the generations of those Kings alive when that happens, God will set up His Kingdom. Metallic iron filings were added to the food supply beginning in 1941. Iron was officially mixed with the seed of men. What does this iron do? It destroys a person's ability to "cleave." What does "cleave" mean? It is the Godly standard of intimate love and Agape Love in marriage. Metallic iron filings added to the food supply are very toxic. They are even a prophetic sign of the end-times growing near. BTW, I think it is likely these iron filings are the mechanism being used to increase the spirit of the antichrist in society. To cleave is to be able to express the Fruits of God's Spirit. To lose that ability leaves the inverse of those Fruits... the anti-Fruits of God's Spirit, or the spirit of the antichrist. Does this make sense to you?

@@wellnesspathforme6236 Well I’m glad to see that you are seeking the word of God. As you explained I have never heard it explained that way. I’ve always understood that the way it is written, Babylon overthrew the Jews, Persian overthrew Babylon, and Greece overthrew Persia, than Rome over through Greece. Remember king Nebuchadnezzar‘s dream that Daniel explain to him. Four great nations. The fourth will be of iron and the feet will be mixed of iron and clay. And they will not cleave together. The fourth beast in Daniel is the empire of Rome. We know that it had been broken up into many different nations until 476 A.D. when it became 10 nations. They tried to cling together however God said that they would never cleave together. Read in Daniel the chapter about king Nebuchadnezzar‘s dream. We know that the nations have always tried to cling together and form one United kingdom, however this is never been done and never will be. Gods words not mine. I hope that helps you out and understanding what this means in Daniel.

@@TDMayday Don't lose sight of Daniel 2:43. I'm not explaining it. I'm highlighting what it says. Iron will be mixed with the "seed of men" and they will lose the ability to "cleave" (love deeply, as in marriage). Yes, the imagery is national for a bit, but it clearly switches to the "seed of men" for this verse. Iron filings were financed into the food supply beginning in 1941. The systematic mixing of iron with the "seed of men" (we are the manifestation of the seeds of men alive when Daniel was written) began then. I will argue that Agape Love has diminished since then as well -- especially WITHIN THE FAMILY UNIT! Cleave is a very precise word and implies a marital relationship, and familial relationships by extension.
