Good Sunday morning so glad I ran across your utube channel this morning I'm 65 years old weigh 330 pounds with arthritis in my knees I seriously enjoyed doing your class this morning I'm praying that I can lose this weight and become more mobile Looking like your classes are answered prayer have a great day

I just found your channel last night. I really need these exercises. I really like that I really feel like I'm getting a workout but the moves are easy to follow and easy on my joints. I also really like the way you emphasize the importance of breathing. I can't wait to try the seated Yoga video. Thanks so much.

I started doing yout exercises today My co ordination is not good perhaps can improve with practice I am 80 weak and wobly legs doing fall prevention exercises yoga also Thanks
