Bobby, testimonial here. You are definitely making a difference in people's lives. A couple months ago, I stumbled across your KZbin offerings. Since then, I've changed a lot of things in my diet and shopping. Needless to say, eating healthy isn't cheap but neither is a bypass...I've suffered from Gerd for approximately 30 years. All my doctor has done is prescribe ppi's. Since taking your advice, I've reduced my ppi usage. I go for my annual physical next week and hope to come off my statin. My BP is stable and my energy has increased. I take your app out whenever I'm at the store. Keep up the great work and thank you sir.

I just want to say how grateful I am for what you do for all of us. You’ve educated us on turning our lives around and avoiding sickness in a long term. Its because of you I’ve not only lost weight but improved everything in my life from being more focused at my Job to having more energy throughout the day to accomplishing more. I’ve tried to watch all of your videos and I’m addicted to it because its just full of usefulness that no one can dis agree with. I hope the world opens its eyes to these things and that more people are aware of it so that we can all live a better life. Thank you Bobby 🤗.

I love that Bobby is pointing out the good lunch meats to customers. I wish I had someone pointing out the healthier options to me while shopping. Sometimes I have to grocery shop after my hemodialysis treatment and after treatments I get brain fog really bad so I have trouble making decisions or choices of such simple things that I normally don’t have to think twice about. Like the foods I buy. Add to that I have to consider the amount of cooking I have to do to even feed myself. Kidney failure is exhausting and most days I don’t even have the strength to make toast, let alone bake my own bread first… which I used to do. I miss my whole food cooking when I knew exactly what ingredients I was eating, now it’s just a long, drawn out game of russian roulette. Listen to Bobby, take his advice and do as much as you can to protect & preserve your health.

Look if you want healthy then make your own. You can make your own using turkey or chicken. If you want roast beef then grab a round roast, season as you want then place in the oven at 500 degrees at 5 minutes per pound, turn the oven off, leave in the oven for 2 hours. Do not open the oven till the 2 hours are up. Take out and it should be a medium then slice thin. What do not eat in a week wrap, bag and freeze.

Costco’s oven roasted turkey breast (big chunk wrapped in plastic with different weights) is very good and clean. I slice it up thin, and put a daily dose of slices in zip lock bags in the freezer. Love your information. And you have so many beautiful stores accessible to you. I'm in a more rural area, and although I don't mind driving, or online shopping, I appreciate your showing healthier options at Walmart. I was not even aware how DIFFERENT each and every Walmart store has in it's stock?? Thanks for sharing your wealth of information! I am so much more conscious now, about what I put in my body.

Yessss, although he doesn’t look the bodybuilder type so idk how much knowledge he’d have on the matter. My trainer who IS a bodybuilder thoigh said the BEST protein bar you can get is the Met RX Super Cookie Crunch. It’s the highest in protein and tastes really good. Don’t just start eating them instead of meals though, they’re only for when you don’t have access to any premade meals you have

I usually stayed away from organic stuff because of the price but I've realized I've got this stomach condition and maybe all these added ingredients and chemicals for flavoring might help me if I wasn't eating them and instead made the food taste better with other organic ingredients instead 😅

This is my comment on the dairy and non dairy creamers. I am very NEW and unschooled in the natural good food arena. This site is SO perfect for me because of the upbeat and fun duo making the video. Did not know a stitch about Nut Pods. Will def.try. So many new names of the best foods as well as the names of the better companies out there !! You had me at coconut.....that will be on my list !! Just wondering what the diff. products taste. My taste buds are hard to deal with sometimes Well , this is my first comment EVER...and first attempt at a Instapot giveaway. Before I go, I want to thank you for your energy and great fund of knowledge. Thanks . Lorraine Person

The problem with the healthiest organic brands of turkey and ham lunch meat like Applegate Farms, etc is that it’s just simply not affordable for most middle class families. There’s barely enough meat in one package for 1 or 2 sandwiches compared to the Land O Frost which is 1lb of meat for $4-$5, and these days esp with the Inflation we are experiencing, families are going to go with the best deal.

Buy a pork shank, cook it in a slow cooker, once done ease the bone out and put the meat into a tight-fitting dish (meaning no space around the meat). Put a weight on top and refrigerate. Next day you have a a tasty, firm cold-cut of pork to slice for sandwiches. Costs a fraction of the price of processed slop which has additives and way too much salt. Takes a couple of minutes to put into the slow cooker and few minutes to take it out and refrigerate. As a bonus you also get some fantastic protein-filled stock for other dishes. I wouldn't eat store-bought processed meat even if it were free.

I've been a fan for a few years. We have relocated & retired to a beautiful city in Ecuador. GMO'S are not allowed here. They do have processed foods here, but we are no longer eating those either. No cold cuts, no packaged sausage, salamis, etc. We have up breakfast cereals a decade ago. What do we eat, real food. Fresh vegetables from the large mercados here. On the bad side we have had to adjust to natural bacteria in the soil. That is about it.
