Hi Priyanka. All your recipes are just toooo good.. Beyond comparison!! I have been trying many of your cakes recipes. Some turned out really awesome while had some issues with others.. Would request you to please make a video on BAKING HACKS like 1. Why does a cake remain uncooked in the centre especially in a microwave, even though I follow the exact recipe and all the instructions. 2. How to convert baking instructions from kadai to oven to microwave and so on. 3. I never remember any cake recipe because each one has different ingredients, different quantities etc. I mean what is the trick behind it. Its really a tedious task to look for each ingredient every time, again and again from the video. 4. How to decide on baking time and flame/ temperature for any particular cake or brownie? 5. I love cooking as well as baking but when it comes to any issue in baking, I just don't understand the reasons and how to fix it.. I shall be really thankful if you can cover these topics in your next video 😊
