My 3 Ingredient Mango Ice cream I super easy to prepare at home. So, the recipe only requires mangoes, whipping cream & condensed milk that’s it. I did not add any sugar in it & it was perfect. The texture was very creamy & so good. No churning is required & the ice cream, had no ice crystals. No preservatives or emulsifiers were added & it is super simple to prepare this at home. The written recipe along with my tips is mentioned in the description box. Enjoy!

So, I've actually tried making no-churn ice cream with fresh mangoes before. The recipe was exactly the same with one small exception. I blitzed the mangoes into a puree and then thickened it down in a pan over a medium-low flame to minimize the amount of moisture in it. It worked really well and the ice cream was silky smooth. Just my two cents.
