I have to say, I don't understand why Tamar was fired. I don't get it. I love her and I love all of the girls on the table and to me, they get along great. They're each different in their own way and I don't understand why people give them flack. The comments are always trying to tear someone down, most notably Jeanie Mai and Tamar, and creating drama where there is none. I've tried to see it and I never do. Although, I will say that her being fired wasn't a surprise. I'm pretty positive it's because of how negative the comments on her have been even though there was no need for them. I honestly blame that as the reason she is gone. Tamar is over the top, and that's part of the reason I love her. She can always give me a great laugh and honestly, when she is absent from the table I do miss her. It's a real shame she'll be gone.

i have a feeling they really did complain about Tamar to the Executive Producer, but they probably did it in confidence and didn't realize that she would actually go back and tell Tamar or that she would get fired. 3:57...I'll miss moments like that from those two! *Im starting to believe 'The Real' was sabotaged from the outside in*, if you catch my drift. Just look at them, I believe they all truly loved each other despite their occasional disputes. I think a third party had an agenda for this show and plotted to destroy it from the inside out, acting through that new executive producer Rachel. This IS Fox afterall. She only just recently got the job and whoever put her in that position...clearly gave her *one job to do*: "Get rid of Tamar, and everything else will fall into place." I believe someone knew Tamar was the most vulnerable mentally and decided to make her the target, knowing she'd blow everything out of proportion, and proceed with single-handedly destroying the reputation of The Real. Those higher suits want this show to fail because they've gotten what they wanted. This was probably an experiment to them. They never cared about these ladies. They stuck 5 minority women on a talk show and tried to make them feel special when in reality what they wanted to know is if they could get paid off the personalities/sense of humor of minority women because thats all we are to them...entertainment. They preyed on Tamar's weakness, insecurity. They knew giving her the least amount of information on her firing as possible and making slick implications about her not getting along with the others would entice the HELL out of her mind and send it into overdrive. They knew she'd make assumptions. Hence why the co-hosts got bashed and The Real production team said and did nothing about it...until today. They played Tamar and got her to blindly do their dirty work for them. She was manipulated. This is what *they* do.
