Claudia, Ever since one of my favorite restaurants here in Tucson closed due to the Pandemic (El Indio), I've been craving this soup so badly. Made this soup this last weekend for the first time and it turned out PERFECT!!! Only changed a few things. Had to tone down the chilis for the Mrs, and I added some bay scallops & fish fillets towards the end, as you mentioned late in the video. Soup still tasted outstanding!!!
