New reel looks good, but why not add an instant folding handle, would be a massive improvement on the old model.

It really depends I personally prefer the Ultegras because they have slower oscillation, their rotor is more rigid and because they feel smoother But Emblem is a great reel too, plenty smooth, casts just as well as the Ultegra And both have exceptional drags It really comes down to preferences

Hi Geoff, these are not a replacement for the Big/Med Baitrunners - they are still available. A lot of anglers these days simply prefer a conventional big pit reel with a quick front drag.
