Dad has Miltek catted down pipe and rear section on his mk6 R. Wish it was a tad louder, But it sounds great. One of biggest differences for “coolness” but not “Hotboiii”is turbo inlet with turbo muffler delete. Get all the intake noises, and is not too much!

You should have put the suspension at ride height before you torque the bolts for the RSB. Leaving them at full sag you've essentially increased the spring rate for the rear suspension. Nice job on the DP though... that one's not easy without pulling the subframe. Any issues with valve motor clearance on the frame?

Cam, how does the braking and stopping power of the car feel now with the increased size of the rotors? Exhaust sounds waaayyyyyy better than the previous one! Hows the vibration going with the 034 dogbone now? Has it decreased any after wearing in a bit?

Putting a highflow DP on will cause a CEL without a tune. If you get it tuned you can make more power and it won’t get a CEL. Here in Australia you can make +100hp with a custom tune. Of the shelf tunes can also be used but they suck compared to a custom tune.

I went with the AWE Track Exhaust for my MK8 R Manual... factory DP. It's loud AF... a little droney from 3100-4200 RPM... down pipes for these cars even with the a tune just don't seem to be worth the money.

Don’t SEEM… you get all the hit and low end of the exhaust note to vibrate the cab in a way that you feel connected to the car with a downpipe This is the one thing I hate about videos and cars. The low end that cannot be recorded that translates to feeling that makes ALL the difference behind the wheel I will die on this hill. It happens every single time… many many cars later. This car follows suit
