Oh and this video was done Superbly , Wonderful, you could spend a minute or 2 on the process of the dough making, maybe even an extra video based on the making of it And the importance of kinda flying it in the air to stretch it out! The thinner the dough is stretched the more thin layers folded in was better! Make a video on how to make Murtabak at home with the list and measurements of ingredients needed also temperature of heat used to cook the Murtabak. Also if you can make a video on how to make Mee Hoon Goreng, and Roti Jon! Please?! I m American, I used to live in Singapore and I Miss 2 things first of all the friends I made and the foods we shared together! I used to get Mee Hoon Goreng at the Kating outdoor Market not too far from The Chinese Swimming Club where my family and I lived in the top floor in a cute little flat at the time they were just starting to build the freeway to the new Airport and the New Airport in Changi! And we had lived further up into the edge of Changibefore that and I used to eat at a small little indoor/ outdoor eatery where the stalls all had something different, i loved places unique like that in the mornibg we would go buy Pork Porridge, from an elderly Chinese Couple thy spoke Teochew, said the recipe was northern Chinese, thats where they originated from. In the Afternoon we went for either homemade Chinese style chicken soup or Singapore famous Chicken Rice with a bowl of broth on the side. In the evening Murtabak, or mutton Mee Hoon Goreng, and an Ice Kachang I thinkthemarket we were close to was fairly new, not sure if it was Katong or. Changi Market place. But I recommend those recipes oh and home made chicken curry with potatoes. Otherwise I will have to do it for my friends that Don't know how but my Indian friends, Rahm and his sister Aisha and her Mom taught us how to these make recipes from scratch with mortar and pestle Also my others Moms friend Sapiah, and Mohani , Sayed & Lily.❤
