YES, I made this omelette tonight, it was fantastic. i missed out the wine as I didn't have any, just added a little vegetable stock with the cream to make it more saucy. Delicious! I'm not vegetarian, but the older I get the more guilty I feel about eating meat. So tasty vegetarian recipes are always very welcome! Thanks for your reply, enjoy your day! X

Important notice: do not add salt and pepper while you still have runny egg on top, cuz when you try to disperse it afterwards it gonna take all the salt with it and you gonna end up with overly salted bits, best is adding the seasoning near the end of cooking process or while beating the egg

Best is to salt while beating the eggs, it has a better taste and the omlette is more soft. Pepper is best after cooking

Liked ur technique of allowing the excess floating fluid to flow to the sides nd thn cooking it simultaneously...prevents th omelette from getting too thick nd makes flipping the omelette a lot less messier whn cooking in a small pan.

Ok, I’ve watched this a few days ago. Still thinking about it. I got good organic eggs 🥚, heavy organic cream, shrooms, getting the jack cheese (love how little goes a long way❤️ for a change). This is more than a recipe. It’s about a mood, with music, with calming joy...the video itself is beautiful. The copper colored pan W/ matching burner ...the lighting even...all clear, beautiful. The cook is great, but equally great is the presentation itself. It got i the folds of my consciousness. 😂🤣😂😇

I made this today for lunch! I added sundried tomatoes to the "sauce" with the mushrooms, etc. Since I didn't have dill, I switched it up for dry oregano and rosemary. Served with a side salad of mâche with a citric dressing... DELICIOUS!

I for some reason seem to enjoy prepping the food as much as cooking it. My grandmother cooked for a living and started teaching my sister, brother and I how to cook when we were in elementary school. We started out by prepping. By junior high I could fix a complete meal without any help. That was in the mid 1960s.

Yes i got two of them these stoves in Australia They runs on aerosole style of gas and very ideal and really very good for cooking on picnics camping etc
