In my humble opinion, I think MW2012 is one of the best NFS games. Seriously. The game is so much fun, the city feels so alive even with no peds, the cops are ridiculously fun (imo it's still the last NFS game with cops done properly), the soundtrack is banging, graphically it still looks stunning and so beautiful, the idea of finding cars is at least very unique, the game doesn't force me to do anything in terms of progression so I can make my own, the MW cinematics were artsy af, the sense of speed is amazing as well as the car sounds, the atmosphere is overall really good and the voice actress of Faith Connors from Mirror's Edge (and other Criterion games) as the narrator is a cherry on top. And no, this isn't April Fools, this is my actual opinion. And yes, I love MW2005 too.

ok soundtrack is subjective, I personally only liked 5 or 6 songs in the game. but the biggest flaw in this game is the customization, no not the cars, (or maybe not JUST the cars) but the events. the game restricts the available events per car to only 5, which is annoying af. It would be cool to give us more freedom in choosing which car and track to go with, how many laps, how many opponent racers, what heat level in the race start, or shit maybe even custom races with user made routes? This game also desperately needs a difficulty option, most of the time the singleplayer AI is too easy that said the game is still a shit ton of fun, it just could've had a lot more potential

While all of this is going on, it seems that NFS developers are literally distributing the game code for there latest game for free on there instagram page to make sure people stay inside there homes.
