African countries have minerals and agriculture, the country then has an infrastructure around that to service those industries. Hence jobs and businesses are created and new markets opened in ripple effects.

I will get straight to the point. You are doing a great job sir. But i think the house are just big and the architecture seems as if we are still in the 50s. Why not get some South African luxury homes videos to spice up things a bit. That would probably improve the taste of our local Zimbabweans. Thats my opion. Thank you.

Poor infrastructure!!! We need roads to even get close to other African countries not America or any other countries you mentioned sahwira! Not too sure of the America you can compare with us, we are far too behind even compared to Kenya or Our neighbours SA. Botswana has good infrastructure and houses, however we are doing well.

@@obizvo5953 Zimbabwe outcompetes every african country at this point if no one told you in SA there are pot holes too. In countries like SA, Kenya etc there are shanty towns Zimbabwe try at least and name one. Thus over exaggerated number of so called homeless people I googled on the internet those are not zimbabwean citizens they are foreigners so they cannot get housing benefits. There is no zimbabwean citizen who is homeless regardless of mental illness, poverty , lack of education . Ndiani vanhu vovarikungo mbeya muzimbabwe , if you ask them if they have a birth certificate they donot even have meaning they are not from Zimbabwe.

Introducing such worthless initiatives in Zimbabwe to prevent income inequality is obsolete don't worry we have bigger and better plans to make sure that will never have an issue ever again. God has shown us tremendous favour there is a gift you would never believe your self in-store for all of us that would humble anyone truthly seeing God Is Love. While we are building all these big houses, there's just something a bit... Off.... I liked your video in Arlington Estate, it was modern and definitely international standard. This Gletwin.... It's giving... "sadza mansions" vibe. It's missing that synergy, the houses aren't cohesive and inasmuch as these houses are very expensive, they don't have that modern international appeal. As Zimbabweans we can do better architecturally. Your Arlington video gave me so much hope that we can do it.

If you saw the Arlington estate video you will see how modern that suburb is. If you actually just cross into Namibia or south africa you'll see what I'm talking about. It's not about size.... Big doesn't always mean beautiful. There's something lacking in gletwin that we find in harare suburbs from prep independence. That's a fact.

Do not know Zim can house all its citizens!!!!!! Have you ever been to any of the High Density areas of Harare, Bulawayo? Kuwadzana for example! Not sure if you have been outside of southern Africa! If Zim was that great why are its citizens all over the world? I am not saying there are no nice suburbs, but just that the infrastructure is broken and has been destroyed for years now, the longer it takes the more expensive it gets! Service delivery isn’t there!
