The tobacco brand usually sells its products in a can. The original joke would go like the refrigerator joke, except the last line is "Well, you'd better let them out!", which would imply that the person, Prince Albert, is in the can. The joke on the comment is similar to my joke where it's implied that theirs a ghost instead (I used Wikipedia for help)
