it's seriously such a shame that all these good joycon alternatives are coming out sooo late in the switch's life cycle. we're literally gonna get the switch successor next year. don't see a need to get this for my switch because it wont be able to be used on anything else

Skull and Co have a great case for the ROG that fits these perfectly! Highly recommend it. Plus the Skull and Co XBox thumb caps stop the decolouring of the white thumb sticks 👍

The HD are the best. But the S are a good alternative. It only has two major downsides. There's only one colour choice, and it's always mismatched. No HD rumble

If you want to use big Joy cons and don't want to spend all this money on the specific cases for the big Joy cons. The big Joy cons on the switch screen are the same size as the steam deck. The steam deck case works as long as it's one that the thing sticks don't go in the top

I assume this is a dumb question, but I can’t find any videos of people testing these as an actual joy/con off of the tablet. These can be used for bowling or swinging a golf club on switch sports, correct? I assume so with gyro.

So pink is the only stand out color here, the other 2 sets are just from the M6S model. Feels pretty lazy to me. I was kind of hoping for some colors like a dark green or gold for my TOTK edition Switch. Maybe red for everyone who got the new Mario red Switch, or even just the classic neon blue/red combo. Maybe the demand just isn't there because these controllers are only making it into a very small market share of Switch owners in the first place. A lot of people want these controllers in black and it looks like it might not be happening anytime soon. Nyxi just released a black and a white version of their Hyperion Pros, I assume that anyone who wants the Mobapad in Black will just settle for the Nyxi instead even though it has less features and also a lot cheaper.

A more detailed rumble. I dont blame you for not knowing what it is. You can count a literal handful of games that actually use it. Maybe two handfuls. When used right, they are able to make detailed sounds just from the rumble. But 99% of the time it's just used as a normal rumble

@@LouisLuzuka there's 1 2 switch. But that game is a glorified tech demo, Kirby star allies, Mario wonder, Sifu... I'm really struggling to think of games that actually use it to be honest. But also not the S only has one colour choice. Face plates can be changed. But not the back. So you get pastel blue back and white shoulder buttons for the left, and all pastel purple for the right

I like the Mobapad M6 HD but removing the cross Dpad is a pain in the ass because it only has one notch to pull it off. It is so difficult to remove and so hard that I almost break the controller. I got to use a knife to pull it off. The same happened to several friends of mine, so, I'm not confident on removing the joystick caps either at this point. Awful.

Its cool colour combos, but when soft pink can go with darker pink why did they give me that option not for the turquoise or purple. I'm sorry but I'm just not that into yellow.
