MY GUY! SUBSCRIBED, I've been struggling with my 4090 and my 7950X3D. Finding the right streaming settings and recording settings have been a nightmare for me. Stream @1080p 60fps 6600 bitrate on twitch and upload to youtube at 2k my base resolution. I also watched your other video for the recording settings. I'm going to try both now and see what happens.

I am upgraded to rtx 4080 I have good stream now , I struggle a lot with my lower gpu I watch like every video but it’s still lagging and blurry you can’t fix that only way for atleast better quality is on 936x and 16 bic if you want to stream league of legends
