Free speech? He's in a council meeting. I don't think his first amendment right to free speech applies in a council meeting. There are rules. You can't just speak when you want or just say whatever you want. His understanding of his rights are seriously misplaced and misguided. After watching the April 11, 22 meeting again I’m in the opinion that the six of them had been conspiring to put Herkenroder in Mays position and Lewis in hers. I’m glad Herkenroder is gone! Now it seems that they’ve used that same play book again with Herkenroder’s replacement and having Mays suspended again. Not only do the Fab 5 need to be removed the new lady needs to also. She gave herself away just before the voting process when asked questions and she used a situation that had happened during a meeting that involved Eric Mays. She didn’t say his name yet it was obvious who she was referencing. Of all the different things that go on at meetings she chose to go at him. Mr. Mays was President on 4-11-22 he said I adjourn this meeting for lack of a quorum, Herkenroder started flexing saying we’ll take a 5 minute break. When the 25th rolled around they stood around like blood thirsty pirates and declared Herkenroder was in charge and that he had to go. It seems like they be talking to each other about how to vote , who should pick at him , and who should call for him to be put out. Go back and watch the meetings, listen at them it’s recorded. Folks be throwing rocks and hiding their hands. Corruption at the highest hilt!!!!
