Grew up watching him as an 8 year old back in 1998 when I first started watching NRL, he became my favourite player of the late 90s/early 00s era, an absolute freakishly talented player and everytime he scored tries by running right to the very inch of the in goal dead ball line it always made my heart drop as I always thought he went into touch, I was lucky enough to bump into him as a young kid back in 2002 at the airport, after the Sharks returned home from their match against NZ Warriors at time, absolute gentlemen, love the Peach.

Peach is my all time favourite Sharks player, I idolised him when I was a child, I still have my flag and jersey that he signed from 2004!

Good way to celebrate indigenous round. Do one for Owen Craigie as well. Joey called him as one of the most naturally talented player he's ever played with

Loved the peach. The fact he didn’t play a load of origins is an indictment of New South Wales selection policy, at absolute worst he should have been on the wing for the blues. In his prime he was 2nd best fullback in the world behind lockyer and its an absolute shambles that hughes played the 01 series at fullback.
