I started accutane this year and I have to agree- give me all the moisture!! My skin was super oily so years ago I would wear and try everything matte, and now I’ve realized it was too much and you can still achieve a beautiful look without it! Since my skin is dry now, I want all the glowy products but try not to go too overboard lol.

I’ve been using those “dots for spots” stuff for a few years. They work by putting a concentrated amount of certain chemicals into your skin to get rid of the pus. Some of them pull out the gunk. Some put microscopic spikes into your skin and then pull out the pus. I prefer the ones with chemicals since they reduce redness

Your Lanolips recommendation here in this video years ago saved my lips! I still use it every night at bedtime over cotton oil and my lips are soothed and pillow soft. As long as no one is allergic to lanolin, I highly recommend Lanolips ❤

That L'Oréal Infallible powder foundation is no joke. Used it as my base in a production of Spamalot this summer and had minimal touch ups with 11 costume changes, sweaty dance numbers, and general swampy-Southern US humidity. It can look pretty chalky, though, so be aware.

For an affordable liquid blush I realllly recommend the Revolution Superdewy Liquid Blush (I use the shade Flushing For You) it’s only £5 and soooo gorgeous!! I do not think it’s dewy as the name suggests but still lovely! Also your palette made it into my faves vid this year 💗💗

Loved it! Little tip: change your skincare routine up every half a year, you can eventually start using the same products again, but your skin wil "get used" to products that you use for years and might not work as well anymore. Just a month or so of using different products and than switching back will most of the time be enough to reset your skin.

Sorry but this is a myth. What happens is that when you use a certain product, it will do what it’s supposed to do and then stop working because you won’t see any further changes, but it still does what it does. Skin and hair don’t “get used” to things.

Cetaphil is the only thing I have found that actually works for me! Anything else (even Cerave) breaks me out, so I am a huge fan. I am also a huge fan of their moisturizing cream for a really thick lotion during the winter months on my face because I have very dry skin and it does not break me out.

Some of my favs from Czech Republic drugstore is Catrice True Skin makeup. It is so comfortable to wear all day long and still looks amazing. Also essence princess mascara in the waterproof version. That NYC’s brow glue changed my life, I overplucked (90’s teen and wore glasses which emphasised the unplucked brows asymetry, laser eye surgery etc later and I hate my brows) I also love your highlight and darker lip kit got the big eyeshadow palette for Christmas and can’t wait to use it! Not drugstore but I love the too faced melted chocolate cream eyeshadow in chocolate bunny. Oh and the wet and wild photo focus eyeshadow primer stops my hooded eyes creasing even all day!

The Rimmel Micro Brow Pen is another really good drugstore brow pen. From what I’m can tell it’s very close to the NYX Lift & Snatch pen (which I definitely want to try next). The Rimmel Micro pen has a really fine tip which makes it easy to draw individual hairs.

If you're able to get allergy test done, ask to get tested for Ylang Ylang oil, I'm allergic to Ylang Ylang and it's in pretty much everything that says fragrance. Also I'm allergic to vitamin E and that's in everything pretty much!
