That's ok, but in fairy tail, if natsu gains enough power to defeat an enemy who could defeat him using quite a bit of effort, after getting a boost of power based on the two fucking things that hold up the anime (magic, and friendship) that's going too far

For me the big issue was that I never felt any of the characters were in danger. The plot armor is kind of ridiculous. Don't get me wrong, it's well done and there are quite a few characters I really liked, but I start to lose interest when everyone always lives happily ever after. I know there's been a few deaths here and there but no really important characters that I can remember.

Fairy Tail isn't one of the best shonen animes obvsly because of lot of issues: - Very childish/naive scenes (power of friendship!!!), - Natsu is one of those copy of Goku/naruto/luffy and even ichigo and for me isn't as charismatic as any of them... - Fan service (got worse with the time dunno why), - Every fight and "desperate" situation seemed fake like "they will win coz of friendship and sht anyway", - repetitive narrative structure (not worse than bleach tho) But this OST is truly epic! And lots of characters are really likeable

My first anime I’ve ever got introduced to and the day I watched it changed my life, loved it from day one, at the time I had friends who was watching it and I remember going home and watching so much episodes without them, and when I went over to they’re house they played a episode and I said “I already watched it” and it was crazy cuz they were like what you did, and ever since then I’ve been hooked, I remember when I finished the anime and wanted more, so I read the manga and this was 5 years ago, maybe more, and to this day I’ve watched many animes and not one made me watch the manga and have this feeling to watch more, fairy tail will always hold a special place in my heart and I will get a tattoo of the clan marking because it means so much, the music brings me back to feelings I had in the moment, the nostalgia comes rushing in and it makes my heart throb, hands up fairy tail fans👆🏾
