There are also councilpersons trying to make sure their nonprofits get 300K and 50K while voting down immediate help for residents. There are members who gave Ashley Capital millions and waste company millions but places provisions on residents to try and get help! Someone will always have the poorest and someone will have the richest. It is sad that the fight is always against the poorest because this money could've helped so many! Mays' fight is for equitable distribution! Few want that! That's not only in Flint!

If I had other options there is no way in the world that I would ever be a part of that city council. In my opinion, there is just way too much buffoonery. After watching many of the videos regarding the Flint city council, I have to say that there are certain members among them that seem to love the chaos that they create. With some people that is just the way they live their life and everything around them is chaotic and dramatic. I can't, nor would I function under that type of an environment.
