Such a heartbreak to see this generation of French players fall short on their home turf at this world cup - and I'm not saying so to knock on a deserving (if at times less entertaining) South African squad. I was lucky enough to see them play Italy in Lyon. I know the French well and it's really no stereotype to say it's extremely rare to see so many of them so unreservedly happy, so contagiously cheerful and excited by anything. This team made itself loved like no other before them, and it made so many more people in France and elsewhere love rugby. I hope they can succeeed one day, soon, in their own, chaotic and exciting style.

That was a proper collection of top tries against top opposition. Thx very much Better than the recent rubbish posted here. The intercepts are much less interesting to me.. But maybe that’s just me.. You should do a NZ/SA/Aus/Irl collection too ( think your FRA collection will still be the most popular regardless).
