Word salad you say? At least in a salad you have some vegetables mixed into the words "some where" anyway.. I would say this part here 0:30 is a can of condensed Alphabet soup, where little kids try to make out what ever words that "suite into their own imagination" before they eat it.

None of this is a word salad. Its just tacky writing but ut makes sense what she says. She doesnt have Trump's skill of reading an audience but her words are not a jumbled salad. People are too biased to call things as they are. Shes just talking in a elitist way that doesn't connect to most and uses abstract ideals. A word salad is typically something that makes zero sense like "the sun was banana and the cow was cloudy bannana sugar battle". Full of shit is a better description for her speeches.
