Season 4 was announced on May 8. Filming began on July 9, 2014 and is scheduled to end on April 2, 2015.
Season Four premiered on September 28, 2014 with A Tale of Two Sisters.
The season focused on frozen characters Anna & Elsa & their quest to be reunited. The residents of storybrook also have to defeat the snow Queen.
