My cat goes by Gretta, Gretta cat, or Gretta girl most of the time, but her full name is Margareta of Decatur, Duchess of Berry. We occasionally call her Miss Duchess as well, especially when any sort of grooming or taking photos. It really does boost their confidence, she quickly becomes more elegant and chic, posing like she's on the cover of Vogue! I don't think Taylor is a cat lady yet. I am a cat lady, I have 11 cats inside (we have the room), and 3 dogs and I take care of a feral cat community in which I got 11 females and 3 males fixed. Cats are smarter than dogs, dogs eat cat poop, and cats don't eat anyone's poop.

Its called discipline and gentleness folks... I can literally do whatever I want to my two kittens and most days they'll let me. You literally just have to treat them like children (using discipline but also lots of love) which Taylor does so she could easily do this... Its a great idea!

I agree with the other comments it really depends on your training and bonding with said cat as well as their intelligence. I have a Russian Blue and I can definitely say she's more intelligent than most cats, she seems to understand human concepts and even emotions very well. She allows me to clip her front claws regularly because she knows I'm allergic and if she accidentally pokes me I swell up immediately, you can see she feels guilty. When I break out the clippers she acts as though its spa day for her and holds her paws out for me. She lets me know when she's getting impatient and I listen and respect that. Cats are all about respecting their boundaries, thats why they quickly run away from guests they deem to be disrespectful or shady. She also allows me to check and clean her teeth, ears, eyes, even her belly and lady bits! You take her to the vet though and they touch her, she turns into a completely different cat unless it's one or two specific people she deems trustworthy. I try to take her on days those specific people are available.

How have I not seen this video until now?! I’m so disappointed in myself…I absolutely adore your love for your babies. I’m a crazy cat lady and I have been since I was born, there were cats in my house when I was born 😅 my first cat of my very own was a seal point Siamese named Skeeter. I was around 6 years old, and he would let me dress him up and push him in my baby buggy. I’ve fostered, done snip clinics, ran a adoption center, now I have 9 of my own and I love every single one like their my babies (which they are) I just adopted a five month old blind kitten, I’ve had him almost three months and he is the smartest, sweetest little boy I’ve ever had. He plays fetch, beats all the other cats up that are twice his size. I could go on forever about my love of cats. Taylor you’re a wonderful person, I just adore you ❤ and I love, Meredith, Olivia and Benjamin ❤
