I would eat cheese, on sandwiches, slices on crackers, shredded cheese on omelette, or use it as topping, or just eat cut up cubes. When I told this to my trainer, he immediately said, “cut out cheese”! Once I did this I saw results, belly getting smaller 😊 more protein and of course adding some cardio but more strength training, was the trick for me!

I do too. But ive cut way back. Mostly Parm..Love cheese. But it doesn't love me. It does cause constipation..and can cause body aches too.

I love cheese,there's no way I'm cutting it out of my diet. Cheese it good for us because of the calcium it offers but I'd recommend whole block of cheese,it's more natural

I don’t know what l had to do due to l don’t wanna get big specially in my situation that l have my stroke &affected my leafy side can’t walk with out my cane lm being stroke for bribers now but l don’t give up l keep praying to our almighty lord from heaven he bid the only thing that l keep talking since I was stroke

For me i cut all carbs and all starchy food my 73kls. Down to 60kls only i eat 2 eggs every morning at 1 cup of organic coffee with out sugar. I eat all fatty food w/out carbs all my health prob's has gone like highblood. Trigle bad cholesterol i use my LCF fasting. Or Cercadian fasting 16 hrs to 8 hrs to eat. At my age of 63 yrs old. Thanks To God ❤❤❤. Only for 2x aday eating

I had pooch and muffin top. You have to change your fat percentage, duh, those are fats. I went from probably 22% fat to 17% by intermittent fasting, high protein and low carbs. I was scared to eat lesser calories because I didn’t want to get too skinny. I work out my bottom a lot, crunches, and strength training. Take out fat and work out to get muscle.

I like sugar and salt and fattening foods cuz I feel addicted almost all the time with these foods and especially shakes and sodas and sugar ly drinks what a addiction it's because of sugar and nervous to have something to eat and drink of this stuff all the time it's heart breaking to me

A balanced meal once a day in the middle of the day between 12 and 2 is the best thing for losing weight is to Stop Eating--- except for One (1) meal---it's called intermittent fasting . Eat a Balanced Normal Sized Meal Once a Day in the Middle of the Day --- Between 12 Noon and 2 p.m. No Adult Needs 3 Meals !!!! People are fat because they don't want to Stop Eating !!!! Just Stop Eating !!!! One Good Balanced Meal is Quite Satisfying and Sufficient !!!! And you can even have Dark Chocolate in Moderation as a Great Dessert !

Try intermittent fasting. Many people have lost weight that way. Dr. Jason Fung has lots of videos here on KZbin about how to do it and it's many benefits.

😢I feel you sister. I am the same, what I did was cut out all sugars, stopped eating white bread, I eat whole grain and rye breads. Eat more vegetables, use olive oil in my foods, even salads, started doing more exercises, infact I purchased a treadmill and started walking on it every day, do wall push-ups too. Go to you tube and look up, " how to get rid of belly fat." Follow this too. I noticed my stomach started getting smaller and flabby, do some stretching too to tighten up the flabby skin. Follow this routine three days a week but walk every day sister. I guarantee you will like what you see in the mirror within thrre months. Drink plenty of water and no snacking, I hope you will find this helpful.❤🎉
