This is the first origami I made from your channel as a digital artist. Which should I make next? My dream one is to make the really realistic scaled dragon you showed in a short. If I can fold that thing it means I did my dream
@OrigamiByBoice2 ай бұрын
Perhaps try this one: kzbin.info/www/bejne/npm6nqureLZjfqc To make the scaled dragon you need to master folding all types of this origami genre (box pleating) structures to guarantee your success as well as being able to properly craft the paper for it. I have videos for all of those! So feel free to watch along. A good place is to checkout the playlist section for groupings of my videos.

@OrigamiByBoice2 жыл бұрын
Thanks for watching! Since these are meant as test folds for poses, I glued them onto the boxes. For more complex models, I craft a wire that can run up part of the leg or hook into a layer.

I have no idea how to do the grid.
@RandyOrton922 жыл бұрын
I try to explain: You start with the coloured side up. Fold the paper horizontally and vertically in half. Then you fold the new parts in half again. you do that until you reach a 8x8 grid. Now turn the paper over so the white side shows up. No you fold everything in half one last time to reach 16x16. Turning the paper over for the last step will precrease the accordion grid right away. Your grid will have a mountain-, valleyfold change. If you don't turn the paper for the last step, you will end up with only valley folds, which makes collapsing more difficult. If my instructrions were unclear -> you can watch boices grid tutorial: kzbin.info/www/bejne/fJmonaJ-mqeFqdk
