This is my third time watching! I’m making this tonight for my Sports Loving Husband. I Love what you said about the Wing places Ripping you off!! YAY!! I’m 72, and my daddy, who was in the Poultry business most of his life, died at 72. But, I remember him saying, “in the fifties and sixties, you couldn’t Give away a Chicken wing! Then suddenly, in the 1970’s, Buffalo Chicken Wings became So Popular! Thus, chickens were pumped with hormones to make them plumper and larger! After all, there are only 2 wings per chicken!!” So, Chef Jeffrey, kudos to you for buying in Bulk on Sale! In Orlando, we have several Restaurant Depots where you can buy in bulk. There's one market here in Seattle area that puts any type of meat on sale and you ALWAYS have to buy minimum of 10 lbs. I always keep my freezer full and there's not room for 10 lbs of just one cut of meat. Those wings looks lovely. I'm more a thighs fan.😘💖
