I just prepped the veggies - left the grocery store at 12:45 and have finished tossing them all together at 13:30. This is so much quicker than I had thought - Easy Peasy - and I look forward to baking it tonight when I come home from a social gathering in the afternoon.

That’s what I was thinking but then I realized the heat from the oven would pretty much max out my a/c… Oh well it’s only 97.

I've seen it made by sauteeing vegetables in a skillet using all items you did plus white wine, a little chicken stock and a little heavy cream.😊

I’d cook them at 180 degrees for 30 mins and check to see how they are , I cover mine with foil to stop them getting burnt too …

This may be tasty but I don't see how it's pasta primavera. The first things ready in the garden in spring are asparagus, baby peas and spring green onions. If the peas are young and small and the asparagus pieces small, you can put them in the colander and pour the cooked pasta and hot water over. That is enough cooking. Put it in a bowl and add olive oil. parmesan , salt and pepper and chopped fresh herbs if you have them. Add boiled egg slices if you want it to be a one=dish meal. Fast, easy and yummy.

Nice recipe but half a bottle of oil increases the calories too much.

I am sorry, but I had to laugh a little when you mentioned: 'You don't wanna crowd them' and then put a massive load of vegetables on top of each other. I you genuinely want to enjoy roasted veggies, they WILL need more room.

Honestly, I was half way into this when it seemed like you went out of your way to keep the cooking time for the vegetables a mystery. I went looking at your information page when, all along I kept thinking to myself “She said this would be easy”! Even there you said nothing about HOW MUCH TIME DO I LEAVE THE VEGETABLES IN THE OVEN!
@TheMediterraneanDish2 жыл бұрын
You can always find detailed information on my website, the link is in the video description. For this recipe, you roast the veggies in a 450 degrees F-heated oven for 20 minutes, or until tender with slightly caramelized edges.

@@TheMediterraneanDish - Pfft! I went to the link…wait…what do you mean your “WEBSITE?” Why make your viewers look for and READ a long description of everything when they’re only looking for one thing. You know, you could’ve just typed out a message post filming under you putting the vegetables in the oven. Check out this link of yours. It says nothing about “20 minutes”, you said something more like “awhile”….or some such thing. Are you saying your website has this “20 minute” description while this link in your video does not? And if I seem hostile it is because I am. WHY WOULD A CHEFF OVERLOOK SOMETHING SO BASIC?
