I've been working remotely since June and I wouldn't do it any other way. I worked for a startup in SF for the last three years and I got tired of commuting and sitting in a box even though my job could be done from anywhere.

@4:10 he nailed it. Oh how I would hash over and daydream endlessly as my former employer. I couldn't have it my way so I struck out on my own and will never go back to the old school commute/boxcube/247Interruptions.

Even worse. It's ok for some not others. My boss remote works. Doesn't let his staff remote work. I'm secretly looking for a new job.
