Can you seal the jars. I don't want to take up the french space? Everybody I see on these videos have the same recipe, but no one wants to seal them. Is it possible?

I would imagine you would have to use a pressure canner. But I’m not sure?

@@Reel2ReelOutdoors pickled coho turned out great actually. Only thing i would change is i would put the pickling spice in a cheeze cloth instead of having it loose in the jar.
