I am fortunate to have witnessed Ivy Violan compete at the Midnight Sun Song Festival, and that Competition in Malaysia where she only placed 1st runner up, but sang at the end because Danny Tan's song "Easy to Love You" won Best Composition! Golden Kite yata name nung competition. Sobrang galing ni Ivy back then!
