Honestly, this Pokémon villain team is one of the most developed of the whole franchise. They’re hilarious, of course, but also actually evil. Like, they resorted to kidnapping and threats to actually pull off their evil plans. That’s pretty developed for a Pokémon game, if you ask me. Scratch that, they’re actually more developed than most modern-day video game villains, in my opinion.
