Right they must not do that on any youtubers raids. Because after 3 screech they clear them off themselves. Then shield up and I can't put any more on. Lol
@ser-ahi Жыл бұрын
That's because your allies are doing enough damage, in 5 Star raids this doesn’t work and you should do a couple bulk ups and maybe 1 or 2 screeches. This works here because he's doing no damage and his allies don’t do enough, so considering the first thing a raid boss do is to nulify their stat changes, you start with 3 bulk ups, it removes its stat changes, then you screech, your allies are doing no damage so it don't remove your stat changes or puts the shield, and that’s how you avoid getting nulified

You could use it for HP EVs and It's good before endgame but regardless that you can level to 100 off Chanseys it starts to slow down around 50 so it's honestly better grinding 6 star raids when you get them. For Solo: Research what pokemon you're gonna fight against and the possible moves it can learn. (do some recon by starting the raid to see what moves it will use) Check these stats Atk SpAtk Def SpDef See which stat it favors more than the other. Counter their high attack/sp.attack with a high def/sp.def pokemon make sure that pokemon with the defensive counter is also one that has a decent amount of attack/sp.atk that can do more damage to whatever defense the bosses lack. For instance. Blissey has poor def. but has OP sp.def and HP(hp doesnt matter much) Blissey has more base sp.atk, than atk. So. You will want a pokemon that can counter a normal type(while avoiding the dangerous potential coverage moves it can posess against your type), has a high attack stat to demolish it's poor def stat, and tanky enough to withstand physical attacks and or sp.atks. (you can do the same den over and over if you lose. the moves dont change per attempt i believe.) Now you can choose from a wide array of pokemon that has those stats and a tera that can easily pop it's shield. Even after all of that, you still want more attack? This might tighten your criteria but search for a wide variety of moves that can decrease a bosses stats and or increase your pokemon's stats so you have a much easier time. Setting up buffs are dope, but if you're already attacking the boss, the stats will decrease as you go. Even if the boss wipes the stats, it wont be a waste of the timer setting up with absolutely 0 damage from your pokemon. (and the NPC's seldom do most of the work) Self healing moves like ingrain/leech seed/recovery/drain punch/draining kiss (with big root) helps a lot with survivability. I've personally got lucky with setting up on a raid boss before it wipes the stats due to the npc's doing too much dmg and the boss using some weird status effect on me. I've ran so many calm minds and bulk ups, i've honestly wasted more time setting up than just straight up attacking. My NPC threw Tar shot on the boss and i missed my opportunity to use Heat Crash(with Lagging Tail) to deal a shit ton of damage off rip. Got my stats wiped, and got most of my tera orb sucked off before digging into the shield b4 time ran out.

thats what im doing , playing it solo makes me want to find a way to win instead of depend on other people. i dont really research what their moves is because i already know the basic of the pokemon and typing. i have several type of choice or same pokemon but different build so when i got normal raid but the terra pokemon is a grass type . im using anniliape with vital spirit ability to counter that spore. also gotta have both pokemon who specialize in sp attack and physical attack so knowing the pokemon sp def is higher than def . ill use physical attackers.

for anyone who is still playing the game this set is kinda of outdated. Raids apparently got massively patched with taunts and encores neither working inside raids. Use this set against ghost raids (if the pokemon doesn't match this tera) and normal-fighting originally pokemons that doesn't match their teras either. Since shields come out earlier balance between bulk ups and screechs the max you can. Once you feel like the shield is gonna come up, stop and go for the rage fist. Once your buffs are whiped just keep attacking with rage fist for the tera and sturdy as much as you can for the damage countdown until you faint. Once back, use tera ghost and rage fist and you are pretty much done. It is possible to use this set other in raids but it may take too long as you might want to get the max output for rage fist before you go for tera, just don't mind buffing if that's the case

That'll be bad team mates not setting up first and bringing its shield up to quickly 😆 also don't bring anything with a duel ghost typing, it'll 1 shot you every time, you want something with high base defence, that can rase its attack stat with evs in hp and attack, team mates that use or something that'll keep healing up and reflect while you're boosting your attack with swords dance or belly drum and a move that can hit it super effectively for max damage, it'll go down in 1 hit without bringing its shield up :) sadly this is almost impossible with randoms ... people join raids they arent ready to take on yet in the hope to be carried and catch an insanely powerful mon for their teams
@michaeljames-deramo3689 Жыл бұрын
Annihilape is acknowledged as one of the more difficult raids out there. Fortunately there is a pokemon you can train up that absolutely annihilates Annihilape (save for Ghost tera type Annihilapes which are immune to the key attacking move). Torkoal, Shell Bell, Fighting Tera Type, Shell Armor ability (hidden ability, prevents crits) Moves: * Iron Defense * Body Press * Clear Smog * optional (Will-O-Wisp, Lava Plume, or Inferno to burn Annihilape) Nature: Bold (+Def, -Atk) EVs: 252 HP, 252 Def, 4 Sp.Atk You would only use the 4th move slot to help your allies. Lava Plume (30% chance to burn) and Inferno (50% chance to burn) have the advantage of being able to burn Annihilape while the shield is up. Clear Smog is used if it bulks up and you want to clear its Defense buffs. Also if you've got allies and the Attack buffs hurt them too much. Otherwise, you literally only need to Iron Defense (your ability prevents Annihilape from critical hitting you so your massive defenses completely stonewalls Annihilape) and then Body Press (which will use your Defense stat for calculating damage instead of your Attack stat). Shell Bell will allow you to heal once you start attacking. Incredibly reliable Annihilape strategy. (Except, again, for Ghost type Annihilapes who are immune to Body Press.)

EVs are the values you can either use feathers and items (protein etc) to train up. As for the berries comment, when you first catch the pokemon (as Jacob explained) your EVs will all be 0. It's only if you've accidentally fought with the pokemon before (regular battles, Let's Go battles don't grant EVs) then you want to clear your EVs with the berries so that you can avoid EVs in stats you don't want them in.

Can you make a video on how to beat Corviknight 6 star? It's insanely difficult even more than the 7 Star Charizard raid!

Agreed that and anihilape 6 star are very hard

I tried it on Gyarados but it does not work as he kills me off using hurricane before I am able to use the rage fist. He is not one to use here.

One thing I can’t figure out, is how can you tell what level the raids are on the map? How can I find my higher level raids
@vaulted4239 Жыл бұрын
Higher level raids on the map usually have this weird aura looking effect that a normal Tera raid does not have, although 5 star Tera raids do not always have that effect. I think 6 star ones do though

Yea we need to stop with these " OHKO " to beat all raids. This Mon in question is good depending on the Raid mon your fighting. For EX i had a water tera Esypeon yesterday that 1 or 2 shot me using the rage fist build. Instead of making end all be all videos , make videos on how to go about a tera raid whats the tera type? Who is the raid mon ? what could i use to cover myself in a solo try? Should this be a solo or is it better to Host and ask for 3 pokemon who can help? Im also Not saying that rage fist is bad ( i 1 shot alot of raids that annihilape can actually do )

Hey, I’m not aware of any websites with builds but we have a bunch of guides here on the channel that will hopefully help, this one is a good place to start things off The ULTIMATE TERA RAID Guide for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet kzbin.info/www/bejne/Z6bPYWtqfdhmeNk But just shoot me a question if you need help with anything :)

guys im kinda stupid but i used my bottle caps but when i tried to use my protein and other stuff it didnt let me use all of it. is it because annihalape isnt max lvl?

He didn’t even credit RageGaming for the strategy at all lmao. Pretty much just copied the entire video. I appreciate the content I do and I understand using a video to provide information and strategies to your own audience but damn the least you could do is credit who even came up with this strategy a day ago.
@MD-vs9ff Жыл бұрын
Maybe it wasn't copied? I know I came up with this exact set on my own before I ever saw it on KZbin, and there's no way anyone copied it from me. Could just be independent creation.
@Osirus Жыл бұрын
Rage Gaming took the idea from the channel Dad Plays Stuff who put this up like two weeks ago also 101Leafy literally dropped this a day before Rage gaming as well, so Im not going to credit them for an idea they took from someone else....
@ChickenWing575 Жыл бұрын
@@Osirus for me, its more your intro saying you came up with x y z strat. No, you didnt. This is you explaining the strat and the piecies to make it work in your own format, which is fine. Even admitting, "you may have seen this strat floating around recently" and then segwaying into the video is much better then "i thought of this". Also please for the love of god be one of the channels that highlights pros and cons instead of just, this is good look i did this raid of a dauschbun that didnt reset stat changes once over like eight turns.
@Osirus Жыл бұрын
@@ChickenWing575 yeah but I never say I thought of this I said I have just come across this strat I’m not taking any credit for this, I actually always try to credit sources when I know the original source but for this strat there’s so many places where it popped up. I think from other comments I would always argue the point to say just because a big channel like rage gaming covered it before me doesn’t mean I have to credit them I mean they are a prime example of taking ideas and never crediting where it’s due. Rant over but overall I appreciate this feedback I’m always looking to provide the best content so this sort of thing is great but believe me I will never say something is mine if I didn’t conceive the initial idea in the first place. The ideas for pros and cons is something that would be useful for these guides in particular it’s just sometimes difficult to keep the videos length down to a good size. Thanks for this though like I say much appreciated 👍

@@Osirus i apperciate the honesty. Sorry for being a bit.. harsh. I would definately apperciate my last bit there though. Pros and cons of a mon, etc. Its easy to be the this pokemon can 1 shot raids clickbait and forget. Quite another to take 45 seconds at the end to go over pros and cons. As someone who wants to keep sinking hours into the game i want to keep coming to your content.

You mentioned you cleared it's EV's, how would I do this since I've used mine alot? Please and thank you.
@Osirus Жыл бұрын
You need to use the EV reducing berries, I made a video about how to get them easily. Let me know if it helps!

3 screeches is not necessary.. Just 1 will work SOMETIMES 2 is needed, after your own buffs .. its a -2 stat drop

Doing them in a group is unplayable. At half time or even turn 2 you can get blown out without any warning. It's ridiculously buggy

Bro i have a question please reply. Can i still iv and ev train the mons that i use in the play through? Or i need new one that not been use in battle so the EV didn't mess up ? Thank you and Godbless
@loopseeker Жыл бұрын
you can reset EV's with specific berries. if its a pokemon from your play through you likely have a lot of EV's to undo, so it would take a lot of resources to get it to where it should be, assuming IV's and nature are also not ideal. but yes you can do that with the same one from your playthrough
@MD-vs9ff Жыл бұрын
If you've used it the entire playthrough, it's probably maxed its EVs in random stats. There's no siple way to grind the EV resetting berries, so it's easier to just start fresh. That's why it's dumb that this guy put evolving Annihilape before EV training. You should do them the other way around so your EVs don't get messed up.

Worst part is when the shield goes up and drain punch is healing less than the damage the raid Pokemon is dishing out. 😭 I looked so stupid fighting a lot of the raids with that and caused a lot of losses in raids.
@rilvayn2577 Жыл бұрын
Yeah I would really only suggest doing this in solos where Ghost and/or Fighting is effective or better. I did a handful of 5s and some 6s and I failed multiple 5s even because if you get hit with a taunt the whole Strat is dead. And as others mention a stat reset.

You can check during the raid battle the stats of the raid pokemon and your team, does it really only have -2 and it cannot have more than 2 red bars?
