Pork Curry Recipes
*Ingredients:*
- 1 kg pork, cut into pieces.
- 8 medium onions, finely chopped.
- 8 garlics, finely chopped.
- 2 tbsp ginger-sliced.
- 1 tbsp sugar.
- 5 tbsp oil.
- Spices: salt, chicken powder.
*Instructions:*
1. Marinate the pork with salt and chicken powder for about 30 minutes.
2. Heat the oil, then add sugar and fry until it turns brown.
3. Add the pork, and fry until they turn brown.
5. Add the sliced ginger..
5. Add the chopped onions.
6. Add the chopped garlics.
7. Add water, three times the needed amount.
