You're welcome 😊. I believe that it can be used normally with cold water. Just keep on mind thatvyouvhave only 100ml, or else you can keep the top l3d open and keep ob adding water during the extraction .

I want to change the pressure change screw with a knob to make it easier to change the pressure during extraction.

How does it compate to Outin Nano ?

Both of them go up to 20 bars. However, the super58 has an option to play with pressure. The nano utilities a pressurized small capsul or powder in a capsul plastic basket, while the super 58 utilities industry standard 58mm basket that you can upgrade and interchange with any 58mm basket worldwide. I used over 6 different baskets so far and gotten different results with each. The nano can heat the water while the super58 can't. Yet if you use the heater with the nano, you will be making upto maximum 5 cups, and then you'll need to recharge it. The nano's tank takes a maximum of 50ml of water, while the super58 takes up to 90-100 ml, which can make a longo of you want. Both ise ISB type C for recharging. The nano is almost 700g, and super58 is around 1200g but made of meral with high quality manufacturing and feel. Ples that it comes with a lot of accessories like the baf, the holder, the dosring, the tamper, and the rubber grip, in addition to the usb cable for recharging, all put in a very nice travel bag. The nano makes a pressurized espresso cup while the super58 makes a non pressurized cup. I think we shouldn't be comparing them as it's stan unfair comparison, keeping in mind that the price of the supis just 19$ more than the price of the nano. 😇

It can't be compared to flair since flair is a professional tool with a lot of variables to control, and this machine just has 58mm basket similar to flair.

@morningcoffee1 thanks for the respond , i just meant in general how the cup taste compared to Flair58 without controlling to much variable . For this price range it looks like a good portable machine to start with rather than going with a cheap electric espresso machine . I already have flair58+ and ordered this yesterday I'm just curious how the cup tastes compared to its price

It doesn't have a heater. It just extracts the coffee.
