Your review leaves a lot to be desired. Main component: how to take the front cover off to clean it. I tried a couple of people's videos with no luck. Was hoping to find something in your video. Disappointing.

You turn the front plate until it comes off so you can clean the blades.

@Locqueen30 I've tried and tried and tried to turn it and it's just stuck. Just plain will not move.
