I usually create new groups in Reflow. Use the “insert line break” right-click, group, select whichever group I need to add.

Yep - Reflow is the easiest for me. Just gotta be sure how you add sections so what you add doesn't get attached more places than you want. Hard to describe using words instead of showing. Be aware - I'm a complete novice at ProPresenter. I usually add a blank slide for first and last in the song and group first slide to "Intro" and last slide to "Ending." If you add a blank like he's explaining here, it can get messy and put it in multiple places....until you correct the groups again. So I'll add them after the "Ending" slide so I only have to set the group of those new slides/section. I know - that is hard to follow. You just gotta mess with it.

That’s right. I never use a group called “blank”. I prefer “interlude” or “instrumental”. I also do the same as you gfor the beginning and end (intro to set the first background and ending in case there is either a long resolve or speaking between songs)
