One of my favorite things about peglin is that once you shoot the orbs you basically lie in wait of what’s to come. I enjoy how relaxing it can be (if you’re not on a high crucibal level) to just watch the orbs bounce off the pegs. It’s a lot less engaging than other games are. It makes for a super fun super relaxing game. Kinda like dungeon Clawler.

Despite getting a lot of suggestions for orbs that have player interaction while in flight, in an old community post the devs have said that one of the core design philosophies of the game is that once you click FIRE its hands off until the runout is finished.

I just started playing Peglin as the Roundroul and the Spinny Bank made the Sin of Greed arise. Coin pegs can only have up to 9 coins at most, the slider ones only give 1 coin when hit but when they vanish they give all the coins, except when successful in navigation! I have 169 coins entering the first boss fight because of thinning the deck!

I just started playing Peglin myself last night, and in the first 3 runs: 1 had a LOT of question marks on the third floor, as well as Sprouting Spinvestment and Orbert’s Story (plus the Alien’s Rock just cause), I also ended up getting a Lvl 12 Highway Orbbery 2 died to the mole boss 3 somehow managed to unlock both the Roundrel (3 different Spinfection orbs, oddly none of them were Douball Douball, Exacorbate, and Spinsepsion against the Wall Boss) and the Spinventor (Spheridae’s Fate + Prime Slime + QR Boss) in one run (Also my one and only shot against the QR Boss was ~20000 damage, but it died to bombs thanks to Alchemist’s Cookbook) I am now ready to begin my pegging journey

I just realised just how effective the QR code boss was against your build, despite it still winning out and being good as all hell --The QR boss had 4 enemies with 4 attacks each, shredding through your ballusion and as such, your defenses --Each one had a tank of health, making your own reliable amount of damage, spinfection, take its time while the boss buffed itself to 9 strength --Douball Trouball could only effectively eliminate one at a time, reducing your maximum effectivness with it -Ironically, you ended the fight with 11/112hp, if you had only your base 100hp and didnt use the totem, you wouldve been dead by just -2hp. it was insanely close how this run came to dying and how that first relic's buff mattered.

Will you ever try to do self-imposed challenge runs? For example: Peglin but you can't purchase any orbs. You can upgrade your orbs and buy relics and such but the only way you can get more orbs is from events.
