I think very good options could also Involve greninja and tyrantrum because of greninja having water shuriken and hydro cannon wich combined with night slash can drain shields and deal damage and Charme eq tyrantrum is pretty strong to (mostly cuz Charme being so strong) combined with something against fairy and fighting they are kinda broken in the great league

1:57 Btw Breaking Swipe got introduced for Rayquaza before Haxorus. I think Steelix will unfortunately make Breaking Swipe get a nerf, which kinda sucks, because everything other than Steelix with Breaking Swipe is balanced. Also good luck on your Legend push! I managed to get to legend last season for the 1st time ever on the last day during the catch cup, so I'm also gonna push for legend this season. I think Greedent in the GL is just a worse Lickitung unless you're seeing a lot of steel types. Serperior is actually a great mon now, so I'm kinda surprised nobody is using it. It beats Registeel in the 2s, and in the 1s it's very close against Regi, so I think it's a very strong safeswitch rn. It might be worth elite tming if you have a good iv one, because it's most likely not gonna get nerfed in the future (at least not soon).

Haxorus is also really annoying. Rayquaza is what would suffer the most because it doesn’t really have another option. Hax and Steelix were doing fine before BS

Level 20 is extremely op bcuz you get chance at catching current legendary when winning

​@@shuspryzen9744yeah, not really. Niantic nerfed the chances a while ago, so now there's basically a 1% chance of getting a legendary if I remember correctly. If you're trying to get a legendary, then you should just try to raid it because you most likely will have a bigger chance to get it than from pvp

This is just what I needed as I’m trying to hit 30 wins in ultra league for level 43 tasks and me last season team getting nerfed. I managed the 30 great league wins but now things are getting sweaty after ranking up! Thanks for the great info as always!

I like master league maintaining the status quo, it allows me to be more consistent season after season, it’s the league in which I get to veteran every season.

When Master league rolls around, I'm eager to see if Breaking Swipe Rhypherior has any potential. it still will struggle against Kyogre/Groudon, but it lets it finally hit a lot of the common dragons better

If you are looking for an incredible great league team this season, I'd recommend running a medicham lead with a gligar safe swap, shadow is preferred but not necessary, and registeel as you're closer. The team has incredible coverage and reliable match ups in the curent meta.

I don't understand why people keep saying excadrill is a good budget pokemon. Drilbur has rarely been spawning for a very long while now. The better budget option you might actually have access to is something like Sandslash. You don't need a 15 atk iv or anything. Just evolve the one with the highest CP and hope it has mud shot and bulldoze. I can't remember if it has earthquake or not. But it's a lot easier than finding drilbur. You'd be taking all year if you do that which, from my personal experience, is not fun.

Regular gligar is just fine. I was running regular before powering up a shadow, and the difference isn’t noticeable. I was winning the matchups that I should win and losing those that were to be expected, while still getting some surprise wins here and there due to bad play by the opponent.

Love the info, but it's all pointless as long as the bot system that tells your opponents your team and moves exsists. PVP needs a massive overhaul and rebalancing in total. Adding a fourth stat like speed would make the ivs/evs more balanced, with it becoming 25/25/25/25 for Hundos.

Steelix is bulky, but he does no damage. Noob let’s me burn his shields, or he only does half my mons hp and I finish it
