Hi im using 1Gbps broadband wireless, my global connection speed max is only 25Mib/s, while my upload speed seems to be always below 50Kib/s. Is this the reason why my download speed cant hit the "should be 150 Mib/s" for my broadband speed? I set download and upload speed to infinity already.
